The conference presentations and posters can be in English, French, Spanish or Italian.
There is a limit of two submissions per registered author.
Only the papers presented during the conference may be included in the proceedings.
You have to download the abstract template and type your abstract directly onto the template or paste a previously edited text. Please use plain text and avoid to use any formatting elements (bold or italics, bullets, list elements, symbols, borders, lines, etc.).
Before sending your abstract, it is advisable to check the number of characters (including spaces) and typing errors using a word processor.
After registering your abstract, you will receive an email with your abstract id.

Please define abbreviations the first time they appear in your text. Example: HEA (Higher Education Area), before using it only as an abbreviation. Please, do not define or use abbreviations in the title.
Please avoid complex mathematical formulas. For the symbols ≤ or ≥, type instead <= or >=.
Tables, charts or other graphics may not be included and will be deleted by the editors.

Thank you very much for your interest in submitting a manuscript to be considered for publication at the Collection of the MOOC2MOVE Conferences proceedings, to be published at HAL (https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/M2M), an open-access repository run by the Centre pour la communication scientifique directe, which is part of the CNRS (French National Centre for Scientific Research).
The volume accepts papers in English, French, Italian and Spanish. All papers will be peer-reviewed by independent, anonymous expert referees.
These instructions and the attached template aim to support you in preparing your paper, so the process of submitting, peer reviewing, producing and publishing your work runs smoothly. An accepted paper will be published in the Proceedings only if at least one of the authors is registered before February 1, 2021. You have to download the paper template and type your paper directly onto the template or paste a previously edited text. Please note that title and authors list should be coincident with the accepted abstract.

Your paper should be compiled in the following order: title; author(s) name and affiliation(s); abstract; keywords; main text introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion; acknowledgments (as appropriate); declaration of interest statement (as appropriate); references; appendices (as appropriate).
Manuscripts should not exceed 4000 words, inclusive of tables, references, figure captions, footnotes. Any appendices are not included in the 4000 word limit.
Page size and Margins: All pages size should be A4 (21 x 29,7cm). The top, bottom, right, and left margins should be 2,5 cm.
Paragraphs: Line spacing should be single across the paper. An extra paragraph mark should be added between sections and subsections.
Abstract: Please provide a short abstract (max. 150 words). Do not include any references in your abstract.
Keywords: Please provide between 4 and 6 keywords to help readers find your article.
Headings: Please indicate the level of the section headings in your article using roman numbers:

Please refrain from using smaller sections in your paper.
Tables and figures: Insert your tables and figures where they should appear. All tables and figures should be numbered and have a title at the top and the source at the end. To refer to them in the text, please use Table X or Fig. X as appropriate. Ensure you have permission to use any tables or figures you are reproducing from another source.

Quotes: Insert quotes up to 4 lines using double quotation marks (“"), except where “a quotation is ‘within’ a quotation". Longer quotations should be indented (1 cm each side) without quotation marks.
Spelling and punctuation: Any spelling and punctuation style is accepted, as long as it is applied consistently across the paper.
References: Please provide a list of references (not a bibliography) at the end of your paper. Please refer to APA guidelines (6th edition) to prepare your in-text citations and list of references.
Header: your paper must have the header "Conférence Mooc2Move sur le MOOC, l'apprentissage des langues et la mobilité : conception, intégration, réutilisation", 1,5cm from top of the page, Arial 9pt, normal, centred.
Page numbers, headers and footnotes: Please, avoid using.
